We provide educational workshops, facilitation, briefings, and consultation on Solana ecosystem governance and participation. Our services are informational and educational. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. We do not execute transactions on your behalf or manage digital assets.

3. Bookings and Payment

Session fees are confirmed in writing before payment. Prices listed on the website are guidance and may vary by group size, venue, and preparation required. Payment terms will be stated on your booking confirmation. Failure to pay according to agreed terms may result in cancellation.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials we provide — including printed packs, slides, templates, and website content — remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use materials for internal learning within your organisation but may not resell, publicly redistribute, or commercially license them without our written consent.

Content you submit for review during clinics remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to use submissions solely for delivering the booked session.

5. Conduct

Participants must behave respectfully toward facilitators and other attendees. We may remove any participant whose conduct disrupts a session, without refund where the removal is due to the participant's conduct.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services or reliance on educational materials. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booked session shall not exceed the fee paid for that session.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

7. Third-Party References

We reference publicly available governance materials and third-party councils. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Solana or the Solana Foundation. Third-party websites linked from our site are governed by their own terms.

8. Website Use
