A Learning Library for Solana Participation
We teach governance, DAO processes, and ecosystem navigation as practical skills — the kind you use when a proposal lands in your inbox an hour before voting closes.
Our Story
Sense Panelcore Ltd was established in 2021 at our Ashford studio on London Road. Founder Helena Marsh, formerly a community organiser for neighbourhood councils, saw token holders struggling with the same problems she had seen in local government: dense documents, unclear procedures, and good people sitting out votes because nobody explained the steps.
We built a physical learning library — reference binders, annotated proposals, and rehearsal materials — and began hosting small-group workshops for Solana ecosystem participants across Surrey and Greater London. Today our registered business name remains Sense Panelcore Ltd, and our team of three facilitators serves holders, founders, and nonprofit leads who want to participate without pretending to be lawyers or developers.
How We Work
We keep cohorts small — typically four to twelve for workshops, six maximum for writing clinics — so facilitation stays conversational. Sessions draw on publicly available governance materials; we add structure, plain-language translation, and timed exercises. We do not manage wallets, execute transactions, or provide regulated financial advice.

Values We Hold in the Room
Clarity over jargon. Primary sources over rumours. Respect for holders who abstain as well as those who vote. We welcome sceptical questions — they usually surface the confusion everyone else is feeling too.
