Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to workshops, clinics, briefings, navigator sessions, and retainer arrangements booked with Sense Panelcore Ltd.

Cancellation by You

• More than 14 days before the session: Full refund of any prepaid fee, or free reschedule to a later date within six months.
• 7–14 days before: 50% refund or one free reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable in this window.
• Less than 7 days before: No refund unless we can fill your place from a waitlist. Rescheduling is subject to a £45 administrative fee.
• No-show: Full fee charged; no refund.

Cancellation by Us

If we cancel a session due to facilitator illness or studio unavailability, you may choose a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra cost.

Deposits

Workshops and private bookings may require a 30% deposit to hold your date. Deposits are applied to the final fee. Deposit refund rules follow the cancellation windows above.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted when requested at least 14 days in advance. Additional changes may incur a £45 fee. Rescheduled sessions must occur within six months of the original date.

Partial Refunds

If you attend but leave within the first hour due to a documented service issue we caused (e.g. wrong materials delivered), we will offer a partial refund or complimentary follow-up briefing at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

• Custom DAO appendix packs once preparation has begun (typically 48+ hours before the session)
• Travel surcharges already incurred for on-site delivery
• Retainer quarters where at least one scheduled session was delivered

Work Already Started

For multi-session retainers or bespoke research engagements, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. Remaining undelivered sessions may be refunded pro rata if you cancel with 14 days' notice.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take additional clearing time.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law where applicable to consumer transactions.
